    Offers year round on-the-job training programs for adults, youth, and homeless individuals. Operates a basic skills remediation program for youth and adults interested in obtaining full time employment. Provides referral to other employment and social services. Also offers a computer training. Offers English as a Second Language/Vocational Immersion Program (ESL/VIP) program which is focused on teaching the vocabulary and the cultural norms of the workplace. Also offers The Clean Slate Program to help individuals with your criminal records so that their past mistakes will not affect their chances for a job, a professional license or credit.

    Intake and Eligibility: Computer course: open to all. <br />All other services must be referred by CalWORKS or other case management program.
