Family Resource Centers and offices have shifted to a remote, at-home work environment and are closed.
Available services include community food pantry at Sunnydale public housing, hotlines for parenting support, enhanced visitation, case management & referrals to resources, and behavioral health teletherapy and support.
Client should email or text their case manager or family advocate directly to communicate, or for questions and assistance.

Offers prevention and case management services for families facing the challenge of being new immigrants, and survivors of domestic violence and child abuse. Offers following services to prevent and treat problems that may occur as a result of stress, barriers and challenges of language, finances, and lack of resources:
Parent Support (Prevention) services - outreach and engagement, parenting education, support groups, health education, kinship support, Early Literacy, and Economic Self-Sufficiency Project.
Bilingual and bi-cultural Home Visitation (Early Intervention) services
Clinical Services (Crisis Intervention) - bilingual counseling, school-based behavioral health services, Safe Start Violence Prevention, API Parental Stressline, Enhanced Visitation, case management, intake, and assessment.
Confidential Counseling and The API Hotline - assist parents and youth in times of stress and crisis. Trained volunteers can provide help in 7 Asian languages and dialects.
Employment Support - job search and placement assistance, job counseling, ESL, Accelerated ESL with one-on-one verbal practice program, digital and financial literacy
