    Provides job and academic training services to young individuals. Participants develop job skills, academic and leadership abilities, and environmental awareness while serving diverse and local communities. Adult members work on a variety of outreach, conservation, and community service projects, while simultaneously participating in education programs, such as high school diploma acquisition, environmental issues classes, and life skills workshops.
