    Payment Description: No fee

    Intake and Eligibility: - Male (18 years or older) who is substance free for at least 72 hours (7 days for opiates) <br />- Resident of area severed <br />- Does have any source of income, including CAAP/GA, unemployment, SSI, or State Disability <br />- Does have a chronic physical, psychiatric, or emotional condition, which would prevent full participation in the program <br />- Does have outstanding legal matters, that would require personal court appearances while in the program <br />
