    Screening all who enter the facility. Face covering or mask is required. No visitors are allowed at this time. Exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis in hospice and palliative care cases.

    Also offers a drop-in center for veterans seeking help with social services. Provides benefits counseling and short-term case management. Connects clients with housing and substance abuse treatment programs.
