    Provides social, health, youth, legal and economic services to children, youth, seniors and their families in the South of Market District and the city of San Francisco with special emphasis on the Filipino community.

    The After-School Program to Integrate and Rejuvenate Education (ASPIRE) offers after school homework assistance, tutoring and mentoring for youth (age 7-17).

    The Youth and Family Counseling Services offers mental health counseling and therapy to youth and their families in collaboration with the San Francisco Department of Public Health, Division of Mental Health and the Richmond Area Multi Services.

    The Youth Employment and Support Services (YESS) offers pre-employment workshops on job preparation and job placement for youth (age 14-25).

    The Pilipino Immigration and Citizenship Project (PICAP) provides bilingual immigration information and counseling, referrals to other community services, workshops on citizenship and English as a Second Language (ESL) classes.
