During Coronavirus response all services remain the same.
Provides affordable housing to approximately 120 adults and persons with disabilities. Offers multicultural enrichment programs for tenants, intergenerational activities and a computer lab. Counseling and support are also available in Mandarin, Cantonese and Russian. The YWCA Apartments is a Section 8 project subsidized by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
Facility rental is available for nonprofit organizations.

Rental fees: 30% of income
Intake and Eligibility: Housing - Senior (age 62 and over) or individual with a disability (age 18 and over) with income limit determined by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
