    Provides pre-employment counseling, classroom based instruction, job training, job search assistance, and post-placement retention support. Developed with extensive input from employers, property management firms, participants and staff, the primary objective of the Employment and Training Program is to prepare formerly homeless adults to return to and succeed in employment, while developing a trained workforce that is enticing to employers.
