    Offers the following services to foster youth: one-on-one tutoring, computer skills training, job searching, resume preparation assistance, aftercare case management, college entrance preparation workshop, and youth mentoring.

    Offers transitional housing for foster youth who are emancipated, and at-risk of homelessness. Youth are eligible for housing for 24 months or up until the day before their 21st birthday.
