    Intake and Eligibility: Must meet all of the following: <br />- Applicant (and spouse, if married) has NEVER received the San Francisco Working Families Credit before; <br />- Earnings within the limit for the Federal Earned Income Tax Credit; <br />- Claim and qualify for Federal Earned Income Tax Credit by the April tax filing deadline; <br />- Claim at least one qualifying dependent child on federal tax return; <br />- Live in San Francisco; <br />- File taxes by the April deadline.
