    Offers intake and assessment for for the Family Shelter System in San Francisco which provides shelter, and case management. Screens for eligibility for shelter and housing programs.

    Acts as an entry point for families experiencing homelessness or a housing crisis for the San Francisco Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing’s Coordinated Entry Program and Homelessness Response System.

    Intake and Eligibility: Homeless families consisting of 1 or 2 adult caretakers (age 18 and over) and one or more minor children (age birth-17) or pregnant women in their third trimester or fifth month of a high risk pregnancy.
