Offers intake and assessment for the Family Shelter System in San Francisco. The Family Shelter System provides shelter and case management. This program screens for eligibility for shelter and housing programs.
Acts as an entry point for families or pregnant women experiencing homelessness or a housing crisis. Connects with the San Francisco Department of Homelessness. Connects with Supportive Housing’s Coordinated Entry Program and Homelessness Response System.

Intake and Eligibility: Homeless families consisting of one or two adult caretakers (age 18 and over) and one or more minor children (from birth to 17 years), or pregnant women in their third trimester or fifth month of a high-risk pregnancy.
