    Offers a drop-in center providing outreach and critical care to help homeless, low-income and at-risk veterans. Services include:

    • Case management
    • In-house referrals, and referrals to community partners emergency housing
    • Eviction prevention and assistance securing permanent housing
    • Mental health assessments
    • Substance abuse counseling and treatment referrals
    • Financial counseling and representative payee services
    • Income stability assistance, including help securing Social Security, SSI and SSDI
    • Assistance with Medi-Cal health plan services
    • Meal and transportation vouchers for eligible veterans
    • Mail, telephone and internet/computer services
